PAYMENT OPTION

We accept Cash in American Dollars ($USD) and Euros (€) only.
All payments from overseas bank accounts must be paid in full. Any bank and/or transaction fees are not payable by us
We accept all major Credit/Debit Card (A 5% surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions to cover their administration fee)

BOOKINGS PAYMENT POLICY

1. All groups must be prepaid prior to departure. Any verbal quote given is only an estimate of the price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of the reservation.

2. We regret that no credit or refund is possible for any unused services provided at the cost of your holiday. If you decide to alter your travel arrangements whilst abroad, this is your own responsibility, and ZanVanilla Safari and Tours is not responsible for any extras or difficulties that may arise with onward travel as a result of such alterations.

3. In the unlikely event of a delay, arrangements for meals, overnight accommodation, etc, should be met by your airline. If you are joining a group and flight delays mean that additional transfers, etc., are required to enable you to join the group, these costs must be met by you, the client, and should later be reclaimed under your insurance policy if applicable.

4. Our quoted prices are based on current (last site update) exchange rates and on-the-ground prices. The price of a tour may vary at any time before ZanVanilla Safari and Tours has accepted a booking from you, and it may vary after your booking is made. Should the variation be in excess of 10% of the holiday cost, the client will have the right to a refund of all monies paid.

5. Our holidays are planned many months in advance, it is therefore possible that some arrangements may have to be changed, and we reserve the right to at any time.

6. Compensation payments do not apply to changes caused by reasons of war, riots, civic strikes, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, closure of an airport or port, adverse weather conditions, and similar events beyond our control. In case of such an event, ZanVanilla Safari and Tours will have no liability other than to offer you an alternative comparable holiday, if available, or offer a refund of monies paid by you.

7. Bookings can only be accepted for persons under eighteen years of age when accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them.

8. Cancellations within 24 hours and “no shows” or “change of mind” on the day will be charged the full payment per book as per confirmation of the reservation.

Agents without Credit

    Invoices must be requested at the time of booking.
    Agents/Group organizers must advise final client numbers 30 days prior to arrival.
   ZanVanilla Safari and Tours will invoice according to final numbers, and payment must be received prior to arrival.

Agents with Credit

Bookings must be accompanied by a 30% deposit. The complete balance is due no later than four weeks prior to the starting date of your tour. If the booking is made within this time, then the full amount should be paid with the booking. If the balance due is not received by the due dat,e we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled. Appropriate cancellation charges may be levied. Late bookings are accepted at the Director’s discretion. ZanVanilla Safari and Tours is not responsible for lost accommodation/activity bookings if this is due to a delay in receiving a payment from you.

It is the responsibility of the group tour company to settle its account within their contracted credit agreement terms with ZanVanilla Safari and Tours.

FREE OF CHARGE POLICY (FOC POLICY)

Group leaders or guides will receive complimentary admission (whilst accompanying the group). Any additional FOCs must be approved in advance by the sales department. Usually, for the groups we offer 1 pax free for every 20 full-paying pax.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children, 3 years and under, Free of Charge
Children aged 4 to 12 years are included and pay 50% of the adult rate
Children above 13 years are considered an adults.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All pre-bookings and cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations are to be accepted in writing only. Cancellation should be made in writing (email is acceptable). The deposit is non-refundable, and a cancellation will also incur the following charges:-

30 days or More, No Charge.
20 – 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the full booking value.
10 – 19 days prior to arrival, 75% of the full booking value.
1 – 9 days prior to arrival, 100% of the full booking value.
